Bob Allison provides corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions services within the telecommunications and technology sectors. He has also provided advisory services to wireless cable operators.
Mr. Allison was formerly a vice president in the investment banking division at Salomon Brothers Inc in New York where he provided capital-raising and strategic advisory services to commercial banks, insurers, finance companies, mortgage banks and government entities.
In addition, he advised the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), a government agency, in the disposition of public and private securities. In this assignment, he managed bankruptcies and restructurings in the agency's $9 billion junk bond portfolio.
Mr. Allison is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. He also earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado.
