Exchanges 28.3 Million Shares of Mediacom Stock
An Affiliate of Morris Communications Company, LLC has exchanged 28.3 million shares of Mediacom Class A common stock with Mediacom Communications Corporation for cash and cable systems serving approximately 25,000 basic subscribers in Hendersonville and surrounding areas of Western North Carolina. RBC Daniels acted as exclusive financial advisor to Morris.

Carlyle Group Acquires Interest in Completel and Numericable
The Carlyle Group has acquired a 37.8% stake in French local fiber and DSL network provider, Completel Europe and leading French cable and broadband operator, Numericable from Altice and Cinven for approximately US$1,700,000,000. RBC Daniels acted as co-lead financial advisor along with Goldman Sachs to Carlyle.

Wave and Charter Complete Cable System Trade
WaveDivision Holdings has traded systems serving approximately 28,900 RGUs including 14,200 analog customers in Ventura and Cerritos, CA to Charter Communications for systems serving approximately 33,400 RGUs including 19,000 analog customers in West Sacramento, Plumas County and Sierra County, CA.
