Carlyle Group Acquires Interest in Completel and Numericable
The Carlyle Group has acquired a 37.8% stake in French local fiber and DSL network provider, Completel Europe and leading French cable and broadband operator, Numericable from Altice and Cinven for approximately US$1,700,000,000. RBC Daniels acted as co-lead financial advisor to Carlyle along with Goldman Sachs.
