Michelle Carroll provides mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance advisory services within the Media & Broadcast Group at RBC Daniels in the New York office. She also supports the International Group on transactions involving non-US clients.
Prior to joining RBC Daniels, Ms. Carroll completed the three-year investment analyst program at Prudential Capital Group. As a senior investment analyst, Michelle analyzed over 20 deals of investment grade and high yield private placement and mezzanine opportunities in private and public companies. During her tenure, her team originated and closed over $800 million. Michelle also monitored a $1 billion portfolio of debt and equity investments. During her post-undergraduate years, Michelle briefly resided in South America and as a result, is fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Carroll graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She has completed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
