As a member of Daniels’ Telecommunications Group, Mr. Parker advises communications services providers and telecom infrastructure companies with mergers & acquisitions and corporate financings.

At Daniels & Associates, he has led or participated as a senior advisor in over 50 M&A transactions and private offerings in the debt and equity capital markets, ranging in size from $10 million to $1 billion.

Mr. Parker joined Daniels in April 1997. Prior to joining the firm, he was employed by ProLogis Trust (NYSE:PLD), where he participated in operating finance and capital markets functions.

Previously, Mr. Parker was employed by a senior member of the U.S. Senate in Washington D.C., where he held legislative and press positions. While on the legislative staff, his portfolio included telecommunications legislative and regulatory issues. Mr. Parker earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia.
