Rachel Candler

Rachel Candler, a member of the Telecommunications Group, provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial advisory services to clients within the Telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining RBC Daniels, Ms. Candler was a capital markets officer at CoBank. In this capacity, she executed capital-raising for a variety of companies in the telecommunications sector ranging from $15 million to $225 million. She managed relationships with syndicate partners, as well as company relationships with CoBank's largest telecommunications customers. Ms. Candler was responsible for providing the industry intelligence to successfully structure debt facilities that were broadly syndicated throughout the Farm Credit System and to commercial lending institutions.

Previously, she spent four years at Arthur Andersen LLP advising clients in a variety of industries, including cable and technology companies.

Ms. Candler is a graduate of the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Denver and is a certified public accountant.
