David Parker
Managing Director

David Parker is a Managing Director in RBC Daniels’ communications, media and entertainment advisory practice. Mr. Parker has extensive experience working with companies in the telecommunications industry on corporate financings and mergers and acquisitions engagements.

Mr. Parker is responsible for many of the firm’s most significant transactions in the wireline, wireless, competitive broadband, and other industry sectors. He has received numerous awards for revenue productivity, including RBC Daniels’ annual award for most generated revenue for the firm. His clients include Aquila, AT&T, CenturyTel, General Electric, Knology, Q Comm, and others. In total, Mr. Parker has led or participated in over 70 M&A and corporate financing transactions.

Prior to joining RBC Daniels in April, 1997, Mr. Parker was employed by Prologis (NYSE: PLD) where he participated in operating finance, asset management and capital markets functions. He also was employed by a senior member of the U.S. Senate where he held legislative and press positions. Mr. Parker graduated from the University of Georgia.
