Quadrangle Acquires Hargray Communications
Hargray Communications Group, a 400-employee private wireline, broadband and wireless telecommunications provider serving southeastern South Carolina and northeastern Georgia, has been acquired by Quadrangle Capital Partners. RBC Daniels represented Quadrangle in the transaction and RBC Capital Markets arranged the equity and debt financing to support the transaction.
PrairieWave Merges with Knology
PrairieWave Holdings has merged with Knology. PrairieWave provides voice, video and high-speed Internet broadband services representing over 156,000 RGUs in South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa. RBC Daniels represented PrairieWave.
